Ticket Process:

Please click the appropriate arrival and departure time below to purchase your Burlington International Airport to Middlebury College shuttle bus ticket.

Please Note: If you try and use your Middlebury email and recieve an error message, please use an alternative email address (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail…etc) to complete your purchase.

The Box Office sells bus tickets at the direction of the Language School, and are happy to help with any questions that are related to the purchase of tickets. Any bus inquiries not related to ticket sales should be directed to languages@middlebury.edu or 802-443-5510.

Trip Information: 

This bus leaves Burlington International Airport and arrives at Middlebury College. The journey is approximately one hour (keep in mind that traffic and weather can sometimes cause delays.)

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure to board the bus. The bus leaves on time. It will not wait for you. Information regarding bus departure location at airport will be sent in an e-mail the day prior to the journey.

The bus company is Premier Coach.

Please Note: Bus ticket purchases are non-refundable. 

If you need to change to a different departure day or time, simply go ahead with a new purchase for the ticket you want. Once that is done, email boxoffice@middlebury.edu within 7 days of the new order to let us know you are making an exchange, and we will cancel and refund the original order. Please include both the new order number and the order number for the ticket you want refunded. After 7 days we will no longer be able to offer the refund.

If you will be arriving after the Arrival Center hours (11am-8pm), due to unforeseen travel delays, please notify the Language Schools:
